Founded in 1991 ULTRASONE began to build up the brand image as a high-class and innovative company for sophisticated customers, especially in professional markets. ULTRASONE invented numerous developments, has applied for more than 60 patents and realises unique health care aspects for headphones. In 1997 ULTRASONE developed the first ULE shielded pair of headphones which finally was presented in 1999. In 2000 ULTRASONE was reorganized, created a new corporate design and new products. The Natural Surround System S-LOGIC™ was presented as the successor of the former FPS-System.
